OVERVIEW

Welcome to Pet to Pets. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pet to Pets. We operate this online store and provide its products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Services and your purchase and use of products offered through the store. By accessing the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are available through the store footer.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services or make a purchase.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the store or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, availability, and prices accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and display settings. Product packaging, labeling, accessories, or minor design details may also change without notice.

We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are intended for ordinary personal or household use. You are responsible for reviewing product instructions, warnings, compatibility requirements, and applicable laws before use.

SECTION 3 — PET CAMERA USE AND RESPONSIBILITY

Pet camera products must be used responsibly, safely, and only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that the product is fitted securely and comfortably.
• Supervising your pet when appropriate.
• Discontinuing use if the product causes irritation, discomfort, restricted movement, or unsafe behavior.
• Following all product instructions and safety guidance.
• Complying with privacy, surveillance, recording, audio-recording, and consent laws applicable in your location.
• Avoiding recording in places where another person may reasonably expect privacy.
• Protecting recorded files and personal information from unauthorized access.

Products must not be used for unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking, trespassing, or any other illegal or harmful activity.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment.

We may reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Supplier or inventory unavailability.
• Payment problems.
• Unsupported shipping destinations.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Products purchased through the store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 — PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when required.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including PayPal. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to supported addresses within the United States.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible United States orders. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after processing.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, address problems, supplier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Products may be stored, packed, and shipped by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. Items from the same order may arrive separately.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins.

SECTION 7 — CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate requests received within 12 hours, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Refund Policy.

Do not return an item without authorization. Approved return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. Payment providers and financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT AND SERVICES

We may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, carriers, payment processors, analytics providers, and technology providers to operate the Services and fulfill orders.

Although third parties may perform services on our behalf, your purchase is made from Pet to Pets. Questions or claims relating to an order should be directed to us using the contact information below.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 9 — SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

Purchases made through this store are transactions between you and Pet to Pets. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Pet to Pets and is not responsible for fulfilling our orders, subject to any obligations Shopify may independently have under applicable law.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available through the store footer.

Because Shopify hosts the Services, Shopify may process information about your access to and use of the store to provide and improve its services. Payment providers, suppliers, carriers, and other service providers may also receive information necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and operate the store.

SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The store and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, design elements, and layout—are owned by or licensed to us and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use the store only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit store content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 12 — REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph, video, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display submitted feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We may remove content that is false, unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• To violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• To transmit malware, malicious code, spam, or misleading information.
• To interfere with the security or operation of the store.
• To collect personal information without authorization.
• To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• To conduct unlawful surveillance or recording.
• To circumvent access controls or other protective measures.
• To harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

SECTION 14 — ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate descriptions, or outdated availability information.

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders. If we cancel a paid order because of an error, we will refund the applicable amount.

We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

SECTION 15 — WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided on an “as available” basis, except for warranties expressly stated by us or required by applicable law.

We do not exclude or limit warranties, consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Product warranties, if any, may also be provided by the manufacturer or supplier under separate terms.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet to Pets and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where liability can legally be limited, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or violation of applicable consumer law.

SECTION 18 — TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the store, engage in fraudulent activity, or create a security risk.

Terms that should reasonably continue after termination—including intellectual-property, liability, dispute, and payment provisions—will remain effective.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 20 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms and the policies referenced in them form the agreement between you and Pet to Pets regarding use of the Services and purchases made through the store.

SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a sale, merger, restructuring, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating this store in the Philippines.

This choice of law does not deprive customers of mandatory consumer protections that apply in their place of residence.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
